Chinese Sausage Bites Recipe
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 3/8 c. dry bread cubes
- 3/4 c. chili sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 3/8 c. brown sugar
- 1/8 c. vinegar
- 1/8 c. soy sauce
- In a bowl, combine sausage, egg and bread cubes.
- Form into small balls, 20-25 min.
- Brown in skillet, drain on paper.
- In a pot, mix chili sauce, sugar, vinegar, garlic salt and soy sauce.
- Cook slowly for 20 min, stirring occasionally.
- Add in meat and heat through.
- Serve warm with picks.
