AMIEs CHICKEN Tinola

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  2. Fry the garlic until brown.
  3. Add the onion and ginger.
  4. Cook until softened.
  5. Put the pieces of chicken and add patis sauce.
  6. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Pour the water, and simmer until chicken is tender and cooked.
  8. Add the sliced papaya and cook until papaya is tender.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Add the leaves.
  11. Cover and cook for another 2 minutes.
  12. Serve hot with hot steamed white rice.
  13. Share and enjoy.
