Cafe Iguana Margarita

  1. Rub rims of 12 glasses with lime wedges.
  2. Dip rims in coarse salt.
  3. Combine 1 3/4 cups sweet-and-sour mix, 1/2 cup tequila, 1/4 cup Triple Sec and 8 ice cubes in blender.
  4. Process until well blended.
  5. Pour into 6 glasses.
  6. Repeat with remaining sweet-and-sour mix, tequila, Triple Sec and ice cubes.
  7. Pour into 6 glasses.
  8. Garnish each with lime slice.
