Corn, Cheese & Salsa Jaffles
- 4 slices bread
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 -3 tablespoons chunky salsa
- 125 g creamed corn
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- Preheat jaffle iron & spread one side of each bread sliced with butter.
- Place bread, butter side down in jaffle iron & spread with salsa, top with corn & cheese and remaining bread slice, butter side up.
- Close lid & cook for 3-4 mins or until golden & hot.
