Hot Corn Casserole Recipe

• 8 ounce. cream cheese
• 1 stick real butter
• 3 cans shoe peg corn (white)
• 1 sliced jalapeno pepper

1. Combine cream cheese and butter in microwave dish, microwave high 3 to 5 min or possibly till melted.
2. Add in corn (drain liquid from 2 cans) and diced pepper.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
