Almond Cream Cheese Frosting

  1. Sift confectioners sugar over cream cheese in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer at moderate speed until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  2. Beat in extract and milk until just incorporated (be careful not to overbeat, or mixture will become too loose).
