Heart Healthy Flax Cake

  1. Mix together Cranberries, Sugar and Orange Juice.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In separate bowl, mix together the rest of the dry ingredients.
  4. Combine Oil, Egg and Orange Juice.
  5. Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients.
  6. Mix until all ingredients are moistened.
  7. Fold in Cranberry mixture.
  8. Pour into 8x8 baking dish.
  9. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes.
