Shrimp Alfredo
- 1 lb small shrimp, without tails and peeled
- 2 (20 ounce) jars alfredo sauce (I use Parmesan)
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms
- 1 medium tomatoes
- salt
- pepper
- 1 dash chili powder
- 1 garlic clove
- 12 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 lb linguine
- Saute the shrimp and garlic in butter until almost opaque.
- Add alfredo sauce, mushrooms, tomato, salt pepper, chili powder, and parm cheese.
- Cook 20 minutes.
- Serve over alfredo noodles.
- Top with sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
- This is great with cheesy garlic bread and salad.
