Spicy Apple Cake

• 3 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 12 teaspoons cinnamon
• 12 teaspoon nutmeg
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 14 teaspoon ground cloves
• 13 cup milk
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 3 cups chopped peeled apples
• 1 cup raisins
• 12 cup chopped nuts

1. In a large mixing bowl with mixer at low speed, beat first 10 ingredients together.
2. Stir in apples, raisins, and nuts.
3. Pour into an oiled and floured 13x9 inch baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
4. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
