Mini Calzone Recipe
- 1/2 pound Ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
- Sm. bits of ham
- 1 pkg. Pillsbury pastry pockets
- Mix first four ingredients.
- Set aside.
- Flatten pastry pockets slightly with rolling pin or possibly the hand.
- Divide mix proportionately on the pastry.
- Fold over to close; seal edges with a fork.
- Pierce tops slightly.
- Bake on a Pam sprayed cookie sheet at 350 degrees till brown, about 20-25 min.
