  1. Whisk mayonnaise, chili sauce, mustard, lemon juice and lemon peel in small bowl to blend.
  2. Season dressing with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange greens on 2 plates.
  4. Top greens with 1 avocado half, rounded side down.
  5. Fill avocado cavities with shrimp.
  6. Spoon dressing over; sprinkle with green onion.
