Chicken & Shrimp Fettuccine Recipe

  1. Remove skin and debone chicken breast.
  2. Cut into 1/2" thick strips.
  3. Shell and devein shrimp.
  4. Coarsely slice spinach, cut mushrooms in quarters.
  5. Prepare fettuccine as directed.
  6. Drain; keep hot.
  7. Meanwhile, in bowl toss chicken, shrimp, wine, cornstarch and ginger and 1/2 tsp.
  8. salt; set aside.
  9. In 2 qt saucepan over high heat in 2 Tbsp.
  10. oil, heat mushrooms and soy sauce to boiling.
  11. Stir occasionally.
  12. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 min.
  13. In 4 qt saucepan over high heat, in 1/4 c. very warm oil, cook shrimp, chicken mix 2 min.
  14. Spoon fettuccine onto platter, top with spinach then shrimp-chicken mix.
