Wobbly Tea Jelly

  1. Sprinkle the gelatin into the water and leave to let the gelatin soften.
  2. If you microwave (600 W) for 20 seconds, the gelatin will dissolve completely.
  3. Put tea leaves in a pot, add 300 ml of boiling water, and steep for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Put sugar in a bowl and pour in the tea.
  5. When the sugar has dissolved, add the gelatin and stir well to dissolve.
  6. When the gelatin has completely dissolved, float the bowl over a larger bowl filled with ice water, and cool down while stirring occasionally.
  7. When it's cooled down, chill until set in the refrigerator.
  8. It's also delicious and rich served with cream.
