- 30 grams Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Powdered gelatin

- Sprinkle the gelatin into the water and leave to let the gelatin soften.
- If you microwave (600 W) for 20 seconds, the gelatin will dissolve completely.
- Put tea leaves in a pot, add 300 ml of boiling water, and steep for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Put sugar in a bowl and pour in the tea.
- When the sugar has dissolved, add the gelatin and stir well to dissolve.
- When the gelatin has completely dissolved, float the bowl over a larger bowl filled with ice water, and cool down while stirring occasionally.
- When it's cooled down, chill until set in the refrigerator.
- It's also delicious and rich served with cream.
