Between the Sheets

  1. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker using simple syrup to sweeten to taste.
  2. Shake vigorously with ice.
  3. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass over ice.
  4. *Cook's Note: sugar syrup is a solution of equal parts sugar and water that is cooked over low heat until clear, then boiled for about minute.
  5. Cool and store in a squeeze bottle and use to sweeten drinks, to taste.
