Plain Cheesecake

• 16 ounces neufchatel cheese softened
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 whole eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 whole graham cracker pie crust

1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
2. Add all ingredients to mixing bowl and combine using mixer.
3. Pour into crust and bake for 40 minutes.
4. Chill in refrigerator for 3 hours before serving.
