Low Cal Hot Spinach Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Defrost spinach and add all ingredients except shredded cheese into the bowl of a stand mixer, or large bowl.
  3. Mix well to combine.
  4. Scoop into a pan and distribute evenly.
  5. Cover with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes, or until cheese on top has browned.
  7. You can spice it up with some hot sauce, or add even more veggies like artichokes, or add some smoke with some bacon!
  8. Just mix it in before baking!
  9. Each serving is under 200 calories!
