Low Cal Hot Spinach Dip
- 10 ounces, weight Frozen Chopped Spinach
- 8 ounces, weight Fat-free Cream Cheese
- 16 ounces, weight Fat-free Plain Greek Yogurt
- 5 ounces, weight Goat Cheese, Optional
- Salt, Pepper, Garlic, And Smoked Paprika To Taste
- 1 cup Reduced Fat Shredded Cheese Of Choice, For Topping
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Defrost spinach and add all ingredients except shredded cheese into the bowl of a stand mixer, or large bowl.
- Mix well to combine.
- Scoop into a pan and distribute evenly.
- Cover with shredded cheese.
- Bake at 350F for 30 minutes, or until cheese on top has browned.
- You can spice it up with some hot sauce, or add even more veggies like artichokes, or add some smoke with some bacon!
- Just mix it in before baking!
- Each serving is under 200 calories!
