No-Cook Tomato Sauce with Penne

  1. In a large pot of boiling
  2. In a large pot of boiling salted water cook penne according to package directions.
  3. In a large bowl combine tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and vinegar.
  4. Toss together with basil.
  5. When tender, drain penne, add to bowl and toss to coat.
  6. Serve with fresh Parmesan cheese
