Baked Potato Casserole

  1. Scrub potatoes and cut in cubes.
  2. Slice green onion and place together with potatoes.
  3. Put icecube on the side and add a couple of dabes of margarine.
  4. Cover and bake on 375F for about an hour or until potatoes are tender.
  5. Cut up bacon and fry.
  6. Place bacon, a thin layer of sour cream and cheese on top of the potatoes.
  7. Return to oven for 5-10 minutes.
