Pork Chop and Peanut Stir Fry

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium high heat.
  2. Stir together water, soy sauce, vinegar, cornstarch, bouillon and sugar in a small bowl.
  3. Add pork strips to skillet or wok and stir fry 2 to 3 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Push to one side.
  5. Add soy sauce mixture and cook, while stirring, until slightly thickened.
  6. Add green onions and peanuts and stir everything together to coat with sauce.
  7. Cook 1 minute more until heated through and serve.
