Seven Dials Cocktail

• 1 ounce cognac
• 1 ounce dark Creme de Cacao
• 1 teaspoon grand marnier orange liqueur
• 1 ounce double cream
• 1 egg yolk

1. Pour into shaker.
2. Shake well.
3. strain into an old-fashioned glass half-filled with broken ice
4. and serve.
