Chicken Enchiladas Recipe
- 2 c. cooked chicken, in bite-size pcs
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. canned lowfat milk or possibly cream
- 1 can El Chico enchilada sauce
- 1/2 pound grated cheese
- 3/4 bag Fritos (11 1/2 ounce. size)
- Mix first 4 ingredients to make sauce.
- Then layer in large pan in following order: Fritos, sauce, cheese, sauce, Fritos, cheese.
- Bake at 325 degrees for about 25 min.
- Serves 8 to 12.
