Honey Snaps (Honey Joys)

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Place butter, honey and sugar into a small saucepan and stir over a medium heat until the butter had melted.
  3. Combine the cornflakes and peanuts in a large bowl.
  4. Pour the honey mixture over the cornflake mixture and mix so that the cornflakes and peanuts are well coated.
  5. Place paper cases into patty tins.
  6. Spoon tablespoonfuls of mixture into the cases.
  7. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and allow to stand for at least 15 minutes to firm.
