Grilled Beef and Veggie Kabobs with Asian Sauce
- 2 pounds Sirloin, Cut Into 1" Cubes
- 3 whole Bell Peppers (Red, Orange, And Yellow), Cut Into 1" Chunks
- 1 whole Sweet Onion, Cut Into 1" Chunks
- 12 whole Mushrooms (I Used White Mushrooms), Cut Into 1" Chunks
- 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 whole Small Zucchini, Sliced 1/2" Thick
- 23 cups Classic Stir-fry Sauce (I Use House Of Tsang)
- 13 cups Szechuan Spicy Stir-fry Sauce (I Use House Of Tsang)
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Tablespoons Ground Ginger
- Preheat your grill to low.
- Stick the vegetables and beef onto skewers.
- Mix the stir-fry sauces, brown sugar, garlic powder and ginger in a bowl.
- Place the kabobs on the grill and brush with the sauce.
- Turn the kabobs every 10 minutes, slathering on more sauce each time you turn them.
- The kabobs will take about 45 minutes to cook.
- When they are done remove the kabobs from the heat, and serve.
