Grilled Portabella Mushrooms With Balsamic Vinaigrette

  1. Mushrooms.
  2. Marinate mushrooms in ingredients listed with them.
  3. Mix all ingredients for marinade in shallow pie pan.
  4. Place mushrooms and pour marinade over and let marinate for 1-2 hours or overnight.
  5. Mushrooms will absorb most of the marinade.
  6. Grill mushroom, 5-8 minutes per side, cook until tender.
  7. Remove, slice and plate, top with Balsamic Vinaigrette.
  8. OPTIONAL: If Vegan ignore: Garnish with Goat's Cheese and for everyone: serve on a bed of gourmet greens.
  9. If you like use your favorite Vegan version.
