Mango and Avocado Skewers

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Mix first 5 ingredients in medium bowl until blended.
  3. Gradually stir in chicken broth.
  4. Reserve half the peanut butter mixture to serve as a dipping sauce.
  5. Thread mango and avocado chunks alternately onto 8 wooden skewers.
  6. Brush with remaining peanut butter mixture.
  7. Grill skewers 2 min.
  8. on each side or until fruit is lightly browned on both sides.
  9. Serve with reserved dipping sauce.
