E Chicken Salad Recipe

  1. Boil fryer, onion and jalapeno pepper.
  2. Keep broth.
  3. When cooked, debone chicken and grind meat, onion, Large eggs, bell pepper and celery.
  4. Add in pickle relish, mustard, mayonnaise and 2 c. of broth.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Spread on bread.
  7. Salad may be used as a dip on crackers.
