Couscous with Spring Vegetables

  1. Mix broth and mustard in large saucepot.
  2. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients; cover.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Let stand 5 min.
  6. or until liquid is absorbed.
  7. Fluff with fork.
