Cardamom Blush Cocktail

• 1 1/2 ounces Beefeater Gin
• 1 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
• 3/4 ounce Cardamom-infused Lillet Rose (directions below)
• 1 ounce simple syrup
• 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
• 2 dashes rose water

1. Pour one bottle Lillet Rose into a large pitcher.
2. Grind cardamom pods in a coffee grinder and place entire contents into separate loose leaf tea bags.
3. Place bags into pitcher with Lillet Rose and let steep overnight.
4. Remove and rebottle in morning.
