PHILLY 3-Step OREO Cheesecake

  1. MIX cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer at medium speed until well blended.
  2. Add eggs; mix until blended.
  3. POUR half of the batter into crumb crust.
  4. Sprinkle with cookie pieces.
  5. Pour on remaining batter.
  6. BAKE at 350F (180C) for 40 minutes or until centre is almost set.
  7. Cool.
  8. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
