PHILLY 3-Step OREO Cheesecake
- 2 pkg (250 g) each Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, Regular or Light, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 12 Oreo Cookies, crumbled
- 1 ready-to-use graham crumb crust (9-inch/23 cm)
- MIX cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer at medium speed until well blended.
- Add eggs; mix until blended.
- POUR half of the batter into crumb crust.
- Sprinkle with cookie pieces.
- Pour on remaining batter.
- BAKE at 350F (180C) for 40 minutes or until centre is almost set.
- Cool.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
