VELVEETA Chorizo-Beer Dip

• 1/4 lb. (115 g) Mexican chorizo
• 1 lb. (450 g) Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
• 1/2 cup beer

1. Cook chorizo in medium skillet on medium-high heat 5 min.
2. or until done, stirring occasionally.
3. Meanwhile, microwave Velveeta and beer in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 5 min.
4. or until Velveeta is completely melted, stirring after 3 min.
5. Drain chorizo.
6. Stir into Velveeta mixture.
