OREO Ban-offee Parfait

• 1 cup whipping cream
• 2 Tbsp. sugar
• 2 Tbsp. brewed strong coffee, chilled Walgreens $6.99 thru 02/06
• 12 Oreo Cookies, coarsely chopped
• 1 banana, cut into 18 slices
• 6 Tbsp. dulce de leche

1. Beat cream with mixer on high speed until soft peaks form.
2. Gradually beat in sugar until stiff peaks form.
3. Whlsk in coffee.
4. Layer half each of the chopped cookies and whipped cream mixture in 6 dessert dishes.
5. Cover with bananas and dulce de leche.
6. Top with remaining whipped cream mixture and cookies.
