Oven-Baked Firm Tofu
- 1 block Firm tofu
- 1 can Canned tuna
- 1/4 Onion
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Cheese
- Cover the tofu in a paper towel and set it aside for 5 minutes.
- Mince the onion.
- Drain the oil from the tuna can.
- Mix mayonnaise into the onion and tuna from Step 2.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- After the tofu has been set aside for 5 minutes, divide it into fourths.
- Align them on a heatproof dish, and top with the mayo mixture from Step 3.
- Top with some cheese, and bake for 15 minutes in a 230C oven.
- When using an oven, keep your eyes on them and bake for about 10 minutes.
