Sesame Scallop Salad

  1. STIR-FRY scallops in 1 Tbsp.
  2. (15 mL) dressing for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. TOSS spinach, sprouts, carrot and onion with enough dressing to coat.
  4. Mound in centre of serving plate or shallow bowls.
  5. ARRANGE three scallops on each salad.
  6. GARNISH with sesame seeds and serve.
