Sesame Scallop Salad
- 2 1/2 cups Kraft Oriental Sesame Dressing
- 72 Medium sea scallops
- spinach, stems removed
- bean sprouts
- carrots, thinly sliced Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds, toasted
- STIR-FRY scallops in 1 Tbsp.
- (15 mL) dressing for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.
- TOSS spinach, sprouts, carrot and onion with enough dressing to coat.
- Mound in centre of serving plate or shallow bowls.
- ARRANGE three scallops on each salad.
- GARNISH with sesame seeds and serve.
