Barb's Pancakes Recipe

• 2 Large eggs, beaten
• 2 tbsp. sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 c. buttermilk
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 c. flour
• 2 teaspoon baking pwdr

1. Mix and fry in butter.
2. You can freeze the pancakes if leftovers.
3. Tastes great.
