KRAFT Cheese Salmon Pie
- 2 cans (213 g/7.5 oz) each salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup each: chopped onion and green pepper
- 1 cup grated Cracker Barrel Brick Cheese
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup variety baking mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
- LAYER salmon, vegetables and cheese in a greased 10-inch (25 cm) pie plate or quiche dish.
- COMBINE remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Pour over salmon.
- BAKE at 400F (200C) for 35 minutes or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean.
