Brown Sugar Sour Cream

• 1 1/2 cups sour cream
• 3 tablespoons packed dark brown sugar
• 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. In a small bowl stir together all ingredients until smooth.
2. Sour cream keeps, covered and chilled, 1 week.
