Chocolate Muffins

  1. At Home: Preheat oven to 375F/190C With a fork or a whisk, mix together the eggs, sugar, oil, applesauce, vanilla, nuts and chocolate chips.
  2. Sift in and blend the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and chocolate milk powder.Spoon the mixture into a 12-cup muffin pan and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Pack in airtight bags and freeze until needed.
  4. Or At Camp: Preheat the Dutch oven over the fire embers.
  5. Prepare the mixture as aboveb and spoon into a muffin pan.
  6. Bake in the Dutch oven for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
