Simply Elegant Black Bean Soup

• 2 (16 ounce) cans black beans
• 1 (16 ounce) can Mexican-style tomatoes
• 1 (12 ounce) can white shoepeg corn
• 12 cup sour cream
• cilantro

1. Open the cans.
2. Do not drain.
3. Dump everything into large pot and heat thoroughly.
4. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and chopped cilantro.
5. Serve with mexican cornbread.
6. Shhhh.
7. No one will even dream you haven't slaved over a hot stove all afternoon!
