Jackis Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour Blend

  1. Add flours/starches together in a large bowl and blend thoroughly.
  2. Store in the refrigerator in an air-tight container.
  3. You can easily double or triple this recipe if need be.
  4. As a note, please be sure to use potato starch and NOT potato flour.
