Slow-Cooker Home-Style Beef

  1. Mix beer, 1/2 cup barbecue sauce and mustard.
  2. Place onions in slow cooker; top with meat and sauce.
  3. Cover with lid.
  4. Cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 5 to 6 hours).
  5. Remove meat and onions from slow cooker, reserving liquid in slow cooker.
  6. Cover meat and onions to keep warm.
  7. Whisk corn starch and remaining barbecue sauce in small bowl until blended; whisk into liquid in slow cooker.
  8. Cook, covered, on HIGH 10 min.
  9. or until thickened.
  10. Drizzle meat and onions lightly with sauce.
  11. Serve with remaining sauce.
