Cheesy Hasselback Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Cut 6- 10 inch squares.
  3. Cut each potato into 1/4 inch slices, cutting to but not through the bottom of the potato.
  4. Place 1 potato on each foil square.
  5. Combine butter, garlic salt, onion salt, pepper, & grated Parmesan in a small bowl & mix well.
  6. Place 1/2 tbsp (or a little more, if desired) butter mixture on each potato.
  7. Wrap each potato with foil.
  8. Bake until potatoes are tender, about 1 hr.
  9. Open foil packs.
  10. Top each potato with cheddar cheese.
  11. Serve with sour cream, if desired.
