Chocolate Covered Bananas
- 6 bananas, more green than yellow
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1/4 cup white chocolate morsels
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- Chop bananas in 1/2- to 1-inch medallions.
- Place the semi-sweet morsels and 1 tbsp.
- oil in a double boiler over medium heat.
- Once chocolate is melted dip one side of the banana slices into the chocolate and set on the undipped part on wax paper.
- Next melt the white chocolate morsels with the remaining oil, but instead of dipping the bananas again just add a dot of white chocolate to the tops of each banana.
- Once you are completely done, place the bananas in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
