Quick Blueberry Crisp
- 1 tsp. low-fat butter flavor spread
- 2 graham crackers (2-1/2-inch square), crushed
- 2 tsp. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 Tbsp. COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, thawed
- 6 fl oz (3/4 cup) low-fat (1%) milk
- 2 tsp. instant coffee
- 2 tsp. sugar
- MELT spread.
- COMBINE graham cracker crumbs with spread and brown sugar.
- Set aside.
- PLACE blueberries in a small microwave safe bowl.
- Top with crumb mixture.
- MICROWAVE on HIGH for 30 seconds or until heated and bubbly.
- Top with COOL WHIP.
- PREPARE coffee drink by heating milk just below the boiling point.
- Stir in coffee and sugar until combined.
- Enjoy with your blueberry crisp.
