Bruschetta With Tomato and Basil Recipe

  1. Dice tomatoes, fresh basil, and garlic cloves and marinade in balsamic vinaigrette and extra virgin olive oil for 2 hours.
  2. Preheat oven at 450 degrees.
  3. Cut ciabatta rolls in half.
  4. Lightly coat one side of each bread slice with olive oil using basting brush.
  5. Bake bread oil side down on top oven shelf for 5-6 minutes.
  6. Serve bread oil side up and top with chilled bruschetta.
  7. Top bruschetta with mozzarella if desired.
