Guacamole and BLT Dip

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Bake bacon on rimmed baking sheet 20 to 25 min.
  3. or until crisp.
  4. Meanwhile, mash avocados and garlic in medium bowl until smooth.
  5. Stir in onions, 1/3 cup lemon juice, jalapeno peppers and garlic.
  6. Spoon into large serving bowl.
  7. Whisk remaining lemon juice, olive oil and black pepper in large bowl until blended.
  8. Add arugula and tomatoes; toss to coat.
  9. Spoon over guacamole.
  10. Drain and crumble bacon; sprinkle over dip.
