Burger Recipe

• 1 c. rolled oats
• 2 whl egg whites
• 1 c. nonfat cottage cheese
• 1 pkt onion soup mix (adjust to taste)

1. Mix it all together, form into 4 patties, cook on a non-stick pan till heated through.
