Deviled Eggs

  1. Peel hard boiled eggs and cut them lengthwise.
  2. Carefully remove yolks; place yolks in a bowl.
  3. Set egg whites aside.
  4. Mash yolks with a fork.
  5. Place basil and mayonnaise in bowl of food processor; blend about 2 minutes.
  6. Add mixture to yolks, mix.
  7. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
  8. Fill egg whites with filling and serve.
