Chicken chowder

  1. In a large dutch oven heat olive oil, add small diced chicken and cut up bacon.
  2. Cook until done.
  3. Remove.
  4. Add diced onion and diced potato to pan and cook until onions are translucent, add garlic and s&p.
  5. Stir together Chicken broth, soups and tomatos (undrained) add this plus chicken and bacon back to pan.
  6. Cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  7. In a seperate saucepan melt butter, stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  8. Whisk in milk, stirring constantly.
  9. Bring to boil, sauce will thicken.
  10. When done remove from heat and stir in whipping cream.
  11. Add white sauce into the dutch oven add corn let cook for 1 more minute.
  12. Stir and enjoy.
  13. Top with chedder cheese if desired.
  14. Delicious served with chedder garlic biscuits.
