Tuna With Two Sesames

  1. Mix sesame seeds and dredge tuna steaks until heavily crusted.
  2. Shake excess.
  3. Saute mushrooms in 2 tablespoons vegetable oil with some salt and pepper.
  4. In another hot skillet add 2 tablespoons vegetable and sesame oil, sear fish on both sides until medium rare to rare.
  5. Mix cream and wasabi; whisk in beurre blanc.
  6. Serve tuna with mushrooms and sauce.
