Seafood Cups

  1. Combine seafood extender, shrimps, white fish fillets, radishes and Lebanese cucumber.
  2. Divide evenly between eight lettuce cups.
  3. Refrigerate until required.
  4. Drizzle with dressing and garnish with chives.
  5. Serve immediately.
